Hi, my name is Mario, and I’m a medical health professional in Germany. I started using Nuropod because I wanted to find a way to manage stress and to promote better sleep, especially, uh, in the evenings. It’s very easy to integrate into my personal routine because I can use it while I’m reading a book, watching a movie, or doing some work tasks in the evening.
And what I noticed was that I felt more focused when I worked in the evening. And also, my sleep got better subjectively. I felt more relaxed when I woke up in the morning. So that was very interesting and also very helpful for me.
And I’m also tracking my HRV. I’m using a tracking ring and also, uh, a smartwatch. And what I noticed was that my HRV increased by about four to five percentage points. I’m already at a very high HRV level because I focus heavily on recovery and good sleep. I have already had a very high baseline, but I still managed to improve it for about forty-five percentage points over the period of a month.
Hi. I wanted to share my experience with the Nuropod. I’ve had postviral symptoms for four years and started using Nuropod about a year ago. Within the first few weeks, I already started to notice, uh, big improvements. And over time, I improve. I use it twice a day, in the morning and in the afternoon or evening.
And if I’ve done an activity that was too much, then I will use it again. I can really feel it calming my mind. So. Before, if I exerted myself a bit too much, I would be completely bed-bound for almost a few days, and then for a couple of weeks, I would be way below my normal level. Now I can do a lot more, and I’m still doing well over the next few days.
Or if I do have a bit of pain, it’s not severe. It lasts a lot, a lot shorter. The other thing that’s greatly improved is the brain fog. And since I no longer have brain fog unless I really overexert myself, I have more energy. So it’s not like my physical body, like the muscles have more energy, but my spirit has more energy.
So I finally. I can pick up things I left lying around, like chores, my cooking, and stuff like that. I built up a social life and finally did more outdoor activities. I can stand a lot longer. Before, I would get brain fog or dizziness when I would stand. It’s still not back to my old levels, but it’s such a big improvement that yeah, I can live again.
That’s great. Another thing I’ve noticed: my smartwatch tracks my stress levels, and I’ve seen them drop significantly. Significantly. Sorry. Yeah. So my body has experienced the same thing, and it shows on the watch. So it’s definitely not a placebo, and I recommend it to everyone.
Hey guys, Dr. A here with Optimal Brain. Today I want to discuss a device that I’ve been using extensively, both personally and with many of my users. And, uh, it’s for vagal stimulation. Now there’s a lot of technology we can use for vagal stimulation, from breathwork to gargling.
But we can also use electrical stimulation of the vagus nerve, and it is very effective. So what I’d like to talk to you guys about today is the Nuropod. Nuropod has been super effective for me, super effective, and I’ve been recommending it as the top vagal stimulation device for all my users.
And there are a couple of reasons for this. One, it’s very practical. So vagal stimulation can be done on the neck. You’ve probably seen electric stimulation devices for the laryngeal and pharyngeal branches right here, such as the Pulsetto and other devices. But you need gel, and it’s messy and all this kind of stuff, whereas the Nuropod will do the same thing, but in the auricular branch.
And the nice part is that you can basically place this and stimulate your vagus nerve, and actually, of course, bonus points if you keep doing breath work or meditation. Still, you can also use it in daily activities if you’re working, doing emails, cooking, moving around the house, etс. So I find it very efficient and usable for all my users, because not everybody has an hour, 90 minutes, or more just to sit and meditate to stimulate vagal activity. So this is super helpful.
Now, I also want to make a point: when you purchase a Nuropod, you will always get an earpiece, but it is always for the left ear. You can use it for both, but it’s more comfortable on the left. And an important note: if you guys are also working on brain balancing, understand that left-ear auricular branch vagal stimulation will primarily stimulate your left brain, which is good if you’re looking for more energy and a bit of a gas pedal acceleration.
But I personally find using the Nuropod on my right ear for right-hemispheric stimulation much more comfortable, because the right brain is also putting on the brakes. I always recommend that my users do both sides. If you’re unsure, if you have a hemispheric dominance pattern or a one-sided brain deficiency — which is something that you can look at with a functional neurologist, for example — but if you’re unsure about that, then I always typically recommend stimulating both ears.
So if you stimulate the left today, maybe the next time stimulate the right, but also feel into what feels better for you — which one is more calming, which one relaxes you more? For me, on the right side, I always let out a big sigh. I tend to relax much quicker. Left, for me, is more stimulating. But everybody’s different.
So again, if you’re looking for a really awesome vagal stimulation device that is super easy to use, very effective, and can be used for prolonged periods — Nuropod recommends 60 to 90 minutes a day, and I would concur with that recommendation.
So I hope that helps, and until next time.
Hi. I’ve been using Nuropod for about eight months now, and at the beginning, uh, I felt like it was quite. I found it easy to relax my nervous system, and I had quite a few issues regarding my pain in my nervous system. I earlier took a lot of medication, like gabapentin, to ease the pain, and also struggled with my balance and blood pressure.
The health professionals couldn’t tell me the reason. So I tried something else. I read about other people’s experiences with the Nuropod, so I just gave it a shot. And after three or four months, I started to notice changes. I noticed that my balance started to improve, and I didn’t feel like it.
This is normal, this dizziness, and I felt it when I stood up, so my blood pressure suddenly became better after six or seven months. And, I could see that he also took some heart medication for the heart palpitations. And that part also sized the pills. I have an Apple Watch, so there is a certain improvement in my heart.
So. In my case, I experience a loss of improvement in several different parts of my body.
