The two are rarely separate problems.\u201d<\/p><p>Samantha Grant is a Cognitive Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner and PSYCH-K\u00ae Facilitator based in Berkshire and Buckinghamshire. Over a decade of clinical practice has shown her that sleep difficulties are rarely about the bedroom.\u00a0<\/p><p><b>They are almost always about the nervous system.<\/b><\/p><p>\u201cPeople come to me with anxious thoughts, stress, trauma, or patterns of thinking that are keeping them stuck,\u201d Samantha explains.\u00a0<\/p><p>\u201cSleep problems are one of the most common things that comes alongside that. The nervous system is still treating the world as a threat. And you cannot sleep properly when your body thinks it needs to stay alert.\u201d<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4398d1d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4398d1d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u201cThe harder people try to force sleep, the worse it often gets. The therapeutic work I do with clients addresses those patterns directly.
